Excellent apartments, nice owners, excellent restaurant across the street with good service, delicious food and not high prices. Convenient transport links, bus stop nearby and you can get to the metro, from which 2 stations to the Colosseum. Clean rooms with good plumbing and air conditioning.

Room is tidy, comfy and we'll organized. The staff is very friendly and yes - the check in is in the Restaurant on the opposite side of the street but it wasn't problem at all. The only thing that I would say was missing in the room was coffee maker. I know that Italia is well-known for it's excellent coffee but it would be nice to enjoy the beautiful balcony with a sip of coffee in the morning without having to leave the room to get it from somewhere nearby. Location is very good - there are a few bus stops within walking distance. The center is 30-40 minutes away by bus.

The view was incredible, the attention very cordial and good cleanliness. It is a good stay for Rome and very close to Trastevere station.

Room was nice and clean, not too spacious but I didn’t mind too much as I was out most of the day. I loved the roof terrace with beautiful views.
